Session Rates

Individual Sessions are $140 for 50 minutes

Couples Sessions are $160 for 50 minutes

* Payment is due within 24 hours of scheduled

I accept payments via e-transfer

Insurance

We can direct bill many Ontario insurance plans and extended health benefits
Inquire with your insurance company if you are covered for MSW, RSW, Psychotherapy services

It's basically a vibe check to see if we would be a good fit for therapy

The nature of my work extends beyond traditional talk therapy and coping skills.

I am not the right fit for everyone and that is okay.

If we don't appear to be a good fit, I am always happy to help connect you with a practitioner whose work aligns with what you need.

Cancellation Policy

Your session time is intended just for you. Because this time is reserved, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

I understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. I appreciate your care in honouring the time we’ve set aside for our work together.

If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% session fee will apply. This fee is paid out-of-pocket and is not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
